1. مقدمة وفلسفتنا
«وَأَنْصِتُوا» يعمل على جهازك أولاً. لا تحتاج حساباً لاستخدام المواقيت والأذان والمصحف والقبلة وصمت المسجد. لا نتعقّبك، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نرفع موقعك في الخلفية أبداً.
2. ما يبقى على جهازك
تبقى محليّة على جهازك ولا تغادره: تفضيلات الصلاة، موضع الورد، السلسلة، سجل الكتم داخل المساجد (صفوفه لا تُرفع أبداً؛ انظر «عدّاد الكتم» أدناه)، قراءات حسّاسات الاتجاه (للبوصلة)، وبثّ الكاميرا في القبلة المعزّزة (عرض حيّ فقط — لا يُلتقط ولا يُحفظ ولا يُرفع، إلا صورةً واحدة تلتقطها أنت بضغطة «لوحة المواقيت»؛ انظر 5-ج)، ومقطع الميكروفون إن استخدمت رفيق أنصت (تعرّف الكلام على الجهاز — لا يُحفظ ولا يُرفع).
3. الموقع
يُحسب على جهازك لتقدير المواقيت واتجاه القبلة. يغادر الجهازَ في حالات صريحة ومحدودة فقط:
- اسم منطقتك (تقريبي): لعرض اسم مكانك يُرسَل موقعٌ مقرَّب إلى نحو كيلومتر إلى خدمة الخرائط (Google Geocoding ثم OpenStreetMap/Nominatim). لا يكشف مكانك الدقيق.
- مساجد قريبة خارج الحِزم: عند السفر خارج المناطق المثبّتة، يُرسَل نطاقٌ تقريبيٌّ مماثل إلى OpenStreetMap/Overpass لجلب المساجد القريبة.
- مسار المسجد: حين تضغط أنت «مسار المسجد» فقط، تُرسَل جلسة الملاحة موقعك الدقيق باستمرار إلى خرائط جوجل (Navigation SDK) لتوجيهك حتى الوصول أو إنهاء المسار — بعدها ينقطع الإرسال. وقد يُرسَل موقعك كنقطة انطلاق إلى Directions / Distance Matrix / Places لحساب الوقت في قائمة المساجد. هذه هي الحالة الوحيدة التي يغادر فيها موقعُك الدقيق جهازَك، وبطلبك أنت. لا نخزّن نحن مسار الرحلة.
لا تتبّع خلفي: لا نرفع موقعك في الخلفية ولا نبني سجلّ تحرّكاتك.
4. مساهمة مسجد
إن سجّلت مسجداً أو أبلغت عن مسجد ناقص، يُرسَل — عند فعلٍ صريح منك فقط — اسم المسجد وإحداثياته وبصمةٌ مجهولة تتبدّل شهرياً (غير مشتقّة من أي معرّف حقيقي). لا تُرسَل هويتك ولا رقمك ولا موقعك أنت. تُستخدم لاعتماد المساجد جماعياً وتحسين الإقامة، ولا يمكن ربطها بك. وتُنشر بيانات المسجد — اسمه وموقعه ونصف قطره، لا شيء عنك — بيانات مفتوحة تحت رخصة ODbL: داخل التطبيق لمستخدميه، وفي حزمه، وقد تُردّ إلى OpenStreetMap (البند ٥ من شروط الاستخدام).
4-ب. نبضة التثبيت
عند أول اتصال بعد التثبيت يرسل الرفيق إلى خادم wansitu.app معرّف تثبيت عشوائياً لا يُشتق من جهازك، مع طراز الجهاز والشركة المصنّعة وإصدار أندرويد وإصدار الرفيق وحالة المحاكي، ومعرّف التطبيق الذي ثبّت الرفيق، وعلى أندرويد 11 فأحدث معرّف تطبيق بدأ التثبيت. وكأي طلب ويب يصل عنوان IP إلى الخادم؛ فيستنتج منه الخادم البلد والمدينة التقريبيين ويحفظهما مع رمز مركز بيانات Cloudflare. وقد يرسل نبضة استكمال عند تحديث عقد هذه البيانات أو تغيّر المثبّت. لا يرسل معرّفاً إعلانياً ولا Android ID ولا IMEI ولا حساباً ولا إحداثيات GPS. نستخدم ذلك لعدّ التثبيتات وفصل قنوات التوزيع وتمييز أجهزة الاختبار، ويُمحى معرّفه المحلي عند مسح بيانات الرفيق أو إلغاء تثبيته.
5. التلاوة والتفسير وبثّ الحرم
في موقع wansitu.app: يُقدَّم نصّ المصحف وتفسير السعدي ورياض الصالحين كملفات ثابتة من نطاقنا، ويبحث الموقع داخل هذه الملفات المنشورة. يحفظ متصفحك آخر موضعٍ ومحفوظات القرآن محلياً على جهازك فقط؛ لا تُرسل هذه القيم إلى خادمنا أو إلى طرف ثالث، ولا يستخدم قارئ الموقع Quran.com.
داخل التطبيق: نصّ المصحف مخزَّن على جهازك. أمّا تشغيل التلاوة الصوتية أو فتح التفسير فيطلب الآية من خدمة قرآنية عبر الإنترنت (Islamic Network للتلاوة، Quran.com للتفسير)، فيلزمه اتصال، ويحمل — كأي طلب ويب — عنوانَ IP الخاص بك والآيةَ التي فتحتها. لا حساب ولا تخزين لدينا.
وعند مطابقة «القبلة الحيّة» يُعرَض مقطع للكعبة مخزَّن على جهازك. يُنزَّل المقطع مرّةً واحدة من خادم wansitu.app عند اختيارك، ويحمل الطلب عنوانَ IP إلى خادمنا، وتُفحَص بصمة الملف قبل عرضه. لا يوتيوب ولا طرف ثالث. بلا مقطع أو بلا إنترنت يظهر مشهدٌ مرسوم وتلاوة مخزَّنة على جهازك بلا أي طلب شبكة.
5-ب. الرفيق الروحي والذكاء الاختياري
إن ضغطت زر الحديث يُستمع على جهازك لفهم السؤال. المقطع الصوتي لا يُحفظ ولا يُرفع. عندما تسأل الرفيق وكانت خدمة الذكاء السحابية مهيّأة — عبر خادم المشروع أو مفاتيح مزوّد داخل البناء — قد يُرسَل نص السؤال، والجواب أو الحقائق التي جهّزها الجهاز، وسياق الأدوار القريبة، واسم المناداة الذي اخترته إن وُجد، لتصنيف الطلب أو صياغة الرد بأسلوب أدفأ. وعند تعريب اسم مكان قد يُرسَل اسم المكان الذي أعاده مزوّد الخرائط. لا تُرسَل إحداثيات GPS ولا صوتك، ولا توليد قرآن ولا فتوى. وإذا لم تكن أي قناة ذكاء مهيّأة تبقى هذه المعالجة على الجهاز. وتحيّةُ الرئيسية: مرّةً لكلّ فترةٍ من اليوم، وحين تكون خدمة الذكاء مهيّأة، يُرسَل تلقائياً — بلا ضغطةٍ منك — اسمُ المناداة الذي اخترته إن وُجد، والجنس، والبلدُ الذي اخترته في الإعداد، واللهجة، والفترة، والتاريخ الهجري، لتُكتب لك تحيةٌ بلهجتك. لا تُرسَل إحداثيات GPS ولا صوتك، ويُحفظ نصّ التحية على جهازك.
وللنطق الطبيعي يُرسَل النص المطلوب نطقه عبر خادمنا الآمن إلى ElevenLabs دون تخزين لدينا: رد الرفيق، أو نصوص الأذكار إن طلبت تلاوتها. وقد يتضمن النص اسم المناداة أو اسم المنطقة أو المسجد والمسافة المعروضة؛ لا يُرسَل تسجيل الميكروفون ولا إحداثيات GPS. يُخزَّن الصوت الناتج محلياً في مخبأ لا يتجاوز ٦٠ ملفاً بلا مدة حذف زمنية؛ يمحوه مسح بيانات الرفيق أو إلغاء تثبيته، ولا يمسحه زر «نسيتني» حالياً. بلا إنترنت ينطق محرّك جهازك مباشرة.
5-ج. قراءة لوحة المواقيت بالكاميرا (اختياري — بضغطة منك)
في القبلة المعزّزة زرٌّ اسمه «لوحة المواقيت». حين تضغطه أنت فقط تلتقط الكاميرا صورةً واحدة للّوحة أمامك، وتُرسَل — عبر خادمنا الآمن دون تخزين لدينا — إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي (OpenAI، وإن تعذّر فـAnthropic) ليقرأ الأوقات المكتوبة عليها ويعيدها نصاً؛ فتظهر لك مسودةً تُراجعها وتؤكّدها قبل أن تمسّ مواقيتك. الصورة لا تُحفظ على خوادمنا، ولا يُرفَق بها شيء عنك: لا موقعك ولا هويتك ولا معرّف جهازك. وبلا ضغطتك يبقى بثّ الكاميرا عرضاً حياً على الشاشة لا غير — لا لقطة ولا حفظ ولا إرسال. الميزة تحتاج اتصالاً، وتعمل فقط إن كانت مفاتيح الذكاء مضبوطة.
6. ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات.
- لا تحليلات سلوكية لطرف ثالث.
- لا خدمة تشخيص أعطال مُفعّلة في هذه المرحلة.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نتاجر بها.

8. الأمان
كل ما يغادر الجهاز يُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS).
9. حقوقك
يمكنك تصدير تفضيلاتك من «المزيد ← نسخة احتياطية»، وحذف بياناتك المحلية — ومنها مخبأ الصوت — بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته. مساهمات المساجد وسجل التثبيت التاريخي على الخادم بلا حساب أو هوية شخصية، فلا يمكن ربطهما بك مباشرةً لحذف انتقائي. يبقى سجل التثبيت لأغراض العدّ والتحليل؛ ومسح البيانات أو إلغاء التثبيت يحذف معرّفه المحلي ولا يحذف صفّ الخادم تلقائياً. وفي سجل إرسال واتساب الخادمي تُطبَّق مدة اليومين للبصمة و٩٠ يوماً للصف فقط عند تشغيل أداة الاحتفاظ يدوياً؛ لا توجد جدولة تلقائية في المستودع. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل. لأي طلب: info@wansitu.app.
10. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال ولا يجمع منهم بيانات عن قصد.
11. تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر التاريخ المحدَّث أعلى الصفحة.
1. Introduction & Our Philosophy
Wa-Ansitu works on your device first. You do not need an account to use prayer times, the adhan, the Mushaf, the qibla, or mosque silence. We do not track you, do not sell your data, and never upload your location in the background.
2. What Stays on Your Device
The following remain local and never leave your device: prayer preferences, wird position, streaks, the in-mosque mute log (its rows are never uploaded; see “Mute counter” below), motion-sensor readings (for the compass), the camera feed in augmented-reality qibla (live display only — nothing is captured, stored, or uploaded, except the single photo you take yourself by tapping “Prayer-times board”; see 5c), and microphone audio if you use the Ansit companion (on-device speech recognition — not stored or uploaded).
3. Location
Computed on your device to estimate prayer times and the qibla direction. It leaves the device only in limited, explicit cases:
- Your area name (approximate): to show your place name, an approximate location (rounded to about one kilometer) is sent to the maps service (Google Geocoding, then OpenStreetMap/Nominatim). It does not reveal your precise location.
- Nearby mosques outside packs: when travelling outside installed regions, a similar approximate area is sent to OpenStreetMap/Overpass to fetch nearby mosques.
- Navigating to a mosque: only when you tap “Go”, your precise location is sent to the maps provider (Google Directions / Distance Matrix / Places) to draw the route and compute the ETA. This is the only case where your precise location leaves your device, and only at your request.
No background tracking: we never upload your location in the background or track your movement.
4. Contributing a Mosque
If you register a mosque or report a missing one, then — only on an explicit action by you — the mosque’s name and coordinates and an anonymous fingerprint that rotates monthly (not derived from any real identifier) are sent. Your identity, phone number, and your own location are not sent. This is used for community mosque confirmation and improving iqama, and cannot be linked back to you. The mosque’s data is published — its name, location and radius, nothing about you — as open data under the ODbL: inside the app to its users, in its data packs, and it may be contributed back to OpenStreetMap (section 5 of the Terms of Service).
4b. Installation Pulse
On the first connection after installation, the companion sends the wansitu.app server a random installation identifier that is not derived from your device, together with the device model and manufacturer, Android and companion versions, emulator status, the app identifier that installed it and, on Android 11 or later, the app identifier that initiated the installation. Like any web request, the server receives an IP address; it infers and stores the approximate country and city together with the Cloudflare data-centre code. It may send a completion pulse when this data contract is upgraded or the installer changes. It sends no advertising identifier, Android ID, IMEI, account or GPS coordinates. We use this to count installations, separate distribution channels and distinguish test devices; its local identifier is removed when you clear the companion’s data or uninstall it.
5. Recitation & Tafsir
On wansitu.app: the Mushaf text, Tafsir al-Saadi, and Riyadh al-Saliheen are served as static files from our own domain, and site search runs over these published files. Your browser stores your last Quran reading position and bookmarks locally on your device only; these values are not sent to our server or a third party, and the website reader does not use Quran.com.
Inside the app: the Mushaf text is stored on your device. Playing audio recitation or opening tafsir, however, requests the verse from a Quran service over the internet (Islamic Network for audio, Quran.com for tafsir); this requires a connection and carries — like any web request — your IP address and the verse you opened. No account, and we store nothing.
When live qibla aligns, a Kaaba clip stored on your device is shown. The clip is downloaded once from the wansitu.app server when you choose it; the request carries an IP address to our server and the file checksum is verified. There is no YouTube or other third party. Without the clip or internet, a drawn scene and locally stored recitation are used with no network request.
5b. Voice companion and optional AI
If you tap the talk button, speech is recognized on your device. The audio clip is not stored or uploaded. When you ask the companion and the cloud AI service is configured — through the project backend or provider keys in the build — the question text, locally prepared answer or facts, recent conversation context and the courtesy name you chose, if any, may be sent to classify the request or phrase the reply. A place name returned by the map provider may also be sent for Arabic translation. Your GPS coordinates and audio are not sent, and no Quran or fatwa is generated. If no AI channel is configured, this processing stays on the device. Home greeting: once per period of the day, when the AI service is configured, the courtesy name you chose (if any), your gender, the country you picked at setup, your dialect, the time period and the Hijri date are sent automatically — without a tap from you — so a greeting is written in your dialect. No GPS coordinates or audio are sent, and the greeting text is stored on your device.
For natural speech, the text to be spoken is sent through our secure server to ElevenLabs without storage by us: the companion’s reply, or adhkar text when you ask for a recitation. It may include your courtesy name or a displayed area, mosque name or distance; the microphone recording and GPS coordinates are not sent. The resulting audio is cached locally with a limit of 60 files and no time-based expiry; clearing the companion’s data or uninstalling removes it, but “Forget me” does not currently clear it. Without internet, your device’s speech engine is used.
5c. Reading a prayer-times board with the camera (optional — on your tap)
The augmented-reality qibla has a button labelled “Prayer-times board”. Only when you tap it, the camera takes one photo of the board in front of you, which is sent — relayed through our secure server without being stored by us — to an AI provider (OpenAI, falling back to Anthropic) to read the times written on it and return them as text; you then see a draft to review and confirm before it touches your prayer times. The photo is not stored on our servers, and nothing about you is attached to it: no location, no identity, no device identifier. Without your tap, the camera feed is a live view on screen and nothing more — no capture, no storage, no upload. The feature needs a connection and only works when AI keys are configured.
6. What We Do Not Do
- No ads.
- No third-party behavioral analytics.
- No crash-diagnostics service active at this stage.
- We do not sell or trade your data.

8. Security
Everything that leaves the device is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
9. Your Rights
You can export your preferences from “More → Backup”, and delete local data — including the generated-audio cache — by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. Server mosque contributions and the historical installation record carry no account or personal identity, so they cannot be directly linked back to you for selective deletion. The installation record remains for counting and analytics; clearing data or uninstalling removes its local identifier but does not automatically delete the server row. For the server-side WhatsApp send log, the two-day hash and 90-day row periods are applied only when the retention tool is run manually; this repository contains no automatic schedule. 10. Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
